Start with the Property
Give us a call and tell us about your property, then we’ll schedule a time to come check it out! Our team will give you our thoughts on the land, what it will take to market, and see what your expectations are.
At that point, we’ll need all house information (title, appraisals, surveys, and more). If you don’t have these, we’re here to help you track these documents down! We will send property info to the title attorney to make sure the title is clear and make sure you don’t owe any taxes or mortgages. If everything looks good, we’ll prepare a contract and get your property in front of potential buyers!
Dempsey Auction Company markets for you! We market your property for 30-45 days all over the nation through social media and web advertising reaching audiences of 27,000 as well as email campaigns to 200,000+ subscribers. Partnerships with professional content marketing agencies make this possible.
Another important step: host an open house! We recommend that open houses fall the day or weekend before your auction date. At that point, your property will have been placed in front of hundreds or thousands of potential buyers.
You don’t have to wait! Once auction day arrives, your property will be sold that day and Dempsey Auction Company will make sure that you get every penny that your property is worth (and then some).
After the property is auctioned off, the purchaser will receive a sales contract stating whoever wins the bid must buy the property within 30 days. They will have to pay their down payment and then will have 30 days to pay in full.
When you succeed, we do too!
